Registration is not valid until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes a 20% nonrefundable cancellation fee.  All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than two weeks before starting date of the event.  No refunds will be made after this date.  After Nov. 1st and on-site: A supplementary administrative charge of € 50 will be added to the registration fee.
Conference general conditions

Don’t reply to emails from support(dot), travellerpoint(dot)org, Travel Hosting or similar organizations. They are pretending to book travel or accommodation for various events, but this is a scam.
NanoBioTech conference don’t have any agreement with travel agencies. Only direct contacts with the hotels are valid.
