Process for registration:

Proceed to payment in the next section.

After submitting your registration form, please proceed to payment by credit card
(accepted: Master card, Visa or American Express).

Select and click on the corresponding rate (you will be redirected to www.stripe.com)
* PhD student should provide a copy of a student card or a letter of the University as a proof.

It is possible in special cases to pay by bank transfer upon invoice. Please contact conference administration info(at)nanotech-montreux.com
We will send you an email with the invoice and the information for the payment. The payment should at least be effective 30 days after the registration, otherwise it will be cancelled.
Registration is not valid until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes a 20% nonrefundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than two weeks before starting date of the event. No refunds will be made after this date.
Conference general conditions

Don’t reply to emails from support(dot)ehotelservices.org, travellerpoint(dot)org, Travel Hosting or similar organizations. They are pretending to book travel or accommodation for various events, but this is a scam.
NanoBioTech conference don’t have any agreement with travel agencies. Only direct contacts with the hotels are valid.
