The registration fee covers attendance at the scientific program, a welcome reception, refreshments and a conference dinner (tickets for which are issued automatically and cannot be exchanged for credit).

Refund Policy

If you cancel your registration before November 1, 2007 you will be entitled to an 80% refund of your processed payment; no refunds can be made after that date.

Security

Payment by Credit Card: the payment system ("Debit Direct" Swiss Post) protects you and your personal/confidential informations while you register and ensures you will never have to worry about online credit card safety. Credit card details are protected using world-class encryption (SSL) to ensure they can not be read as they travel over the internet.

No sensible information is treated on the Nanotech site server.

Privacy

Your personal data are secured and not accessible to third parties. These data are used only for contacting you regarding symposium organisation.

PhD students discount

PhD students may apply for a 40% discount. The applicant must be the primary author of a submitted abstract and must present his research in either a poster or oral (podium) session at the conference, pending its approval by the Scientific Committee.

If you qualify, please contact the organisation committee before your registration at symposia@nanotech-montreux.com.

The applicant needs to provide :

  • a copy of a student card or a letter of the University.
  • an extended abstract (see here).

After acceptance of his abstract by the Scientific Committee, the applicant will receive a registration code for the 40% discount.
