Guidelines for preparation and submission of abstracts
- Abstracts may only be submitted via e-mail. Abstracts submitted by fax or ordinary mail will not be accepted.
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English. Please use UK English spelling and have your abstract proofread for grammar and understanding.
- All abbreviations must be defined the first time they appear in your text. Example: Ataxia telangiectasia (AT), before being used as an abbreviation only. Do not define or use abbreviations in the title.
- Abstracts should contain approx. 2500 characters on 2 pages. One page for text and one page with figures.
- Authors should indicate their presentation preference:
- poster presentation only
- oral presentation
The Programme Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.
- After having submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail please check your email address. Should you wish to make corrections to an abstract already submitted or if you wish to submit other abstracts later, you need to send the abstract again to abstract@nanotech-montreux.com with the subject “corrections to the Abstract of “name of the Author”.
Corrections to abstracts for poster presentation can only be made up to the deadline of september 30, 2010.
- If an abstract is accepted, one author must attend the congress and present it in person.

Notification
Authors will be notified of acceptance by July 31st at the latest by email.
Size
Please note that the size of your poster should be not bigger than 230cm height and 98cm length
