Instruction for Abstracts submission

Deadline for abstract submission for oral presentation: June 30, 2013 Deadline for abstract submission for poster presentation: September 15, 2013

• All abstracts should be submitted by email, in PDF format, according to the template.
• The abstracts should have two pages:
  
  • Page 1: title, authors, addresses, text abstract and references.
  • Page 2: graphics and images (will be printed in color in the book).
• Please use the word template (available here) and convert in pdf.
• Only send .pdf file, no .doc files please.

On June 30 deadline, the abstracts not selected for oral, but accepted, will be proposed for poster (with two minutes snapshot oral presentation).

• Note that the number of oral presentation is very limited because of no parallel session format (only about 15 regular talks).
• After having submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by E-mail.
• Selection for oral, poster or rejection will be notified before July 31.

On September 15 deadline, only poster submission will be considered.

• After having submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by E-mail.
• Selection as poster or rejection will be notified before September 30.
• Each poster will have two minutes snapshot presentation.
